At Jobcase, I developed and executed the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, building our presence from the ground up. My approach balanced brand voice, creative storytelling, and growth goals, ensuring content was not only engaging but also drove measurable results.

On Instagram, I focused on establishing a strong visual identity and creating content that built trust with our community. Posts highlighted worker stories, product features, and brand campaigns while maintaining a relatable, shareable tone. This consistency helped us scale quickly, reaching 12k followers and driving an average of 60+ app installs per month by the time I left.

TIKTOK


When we expanded to TikTok, I introduced a three-pillar content strategy: Entertain, Educate, and Promote. This framework allowed us to balance trend-driven, lighthearted videos with career tips and product promotion. By leaning into authenticity and platform-native storytelling, we grew to 10k followers and were generating 20+ app installs per month — momentum that continued to climb.
